The dedicated staff, especially Ms. Loni from housekeeping, were exceptionally accommodating and helpful throughout my stay. The well-maintained room with modern amenities, including a coffee kettle, provided a comfortable work environment. While the hotel's location is excellent with easy access to nearby attractions, the complimentary breakfast fell short of expectations.Imperial Heights excels in providing basic necessities and a warm ambiance, making it ideal for families on a budget. The multicuisine restaurant and prompt room service add to the convenience. For travelers looking for a cost-effective yet pleasant stay, this hotel is a solid choice. However, those seeking luxurious amenities and a higher level of service may find other options more appealing. Ultimately, Imperial Heights offers a practical and economical accommodation option in Deogarh, catering to the needs of discerning travelers like myself.
